The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Program is a 40-hour training program designed to prepare students to safely administer medications under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. The program combines classroom instruction, hands-on skills labs, and competency-based evaluations to ensure students are prepared for employment and state certification.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Enrollment Cancel within 72 hours of enrolling to receive a full refund of all payments made. 2. Cancellation After 72 Hours, But Before Classes or Materials Are Delivered Cancel after 72 hours but before classes start or online materials are delivered to receive a full refund minus a $150 registration fee. 3. Cancellation After Classes Begin or Materials Are Delivered If classes have started or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. 4. Emergency or Critical Situations If you need to cancel due to an emergency or serious situation, contact the School Director with your reason and documentation. Refunds in these cases are reviewed case by case. 5. Books and Supplies Once issued, books and supplies become the property of the student. Refunds for these are at the school’s discretion. 6. Misrepresentation or False Advertising A full refund will be given if services are denied due to false advertising or misrepresentation by the school. 7. Admission Denial If you are denied admission, you will receive a full refund. 8. Refund Processing Time All refunds will be processed within 30 days of your official cancellation, drop date, or the last day of a leave of absence if you do not return
